En este módulo se disertó sobre el reordenamiento político y económico internacional y los retos que ello implica para el Perú. Además se hizo una amplia presentación sobre el estado del sistema financiero mundial y las perspectivas para nuestro país. Por último, se desarrolló el tema de democracia y derechos humanos en el ámbito interamericano.
