Abstract

This paper considers the challenges and prospects of development of industrial enterprises in Ukraine and how this sector exerts direct impact to the economic level of the state. To improve the efficiency of the industry is necessary to apply up-to-date and effective approaches and methods, one of which is a project-based approach. Therefore, on the basis of the project management processes group proposed by the PMI in the PMBoK standard, a system model of the organizational changes project implementation was developed taking into account the specifics of the industry by introducing the concept of the business model, as well as determining the type of the project and applying the relevant administrative decisions.
