Abstract

En esta investigación se analizan la contribución fiscal de PEMEX a los ingresos públicos y la viabilidad financiera de la empresa para los próximos años. En primer lugar, se examinan las modificaciones recientes en el régimen fiscal de PEMEX, a partir de la Ley de Ingresos de la Federación; también se analizan los estados financieros de la empresa a través de la construcción de indicadores de rentabilidad, liquidez y eficiencia operativa; y se construyen escenarios prospectivos para los ingresos totales de PEMEX. Los principales resultados de la investigación muestran que las modificaciones fiscales han permitido que la recaudación proveniente de sta empresa evolucione a la par de sus ingresos totales, pero esto constituye un factor muy importante de deterioro para la viabilidad financiera de la empresa, que requiere endeudamiento para financiar proyectos de inversión
