Abriendo la caja negra de las privatizacion

Abstract

Este trabajo se desarrolla como sigue: en la primera sección se detalla el proceso de privatización en el Perú; en la segunda se discute el marco conceptual para medir el efecto de la privatización, y se desarrolla metodologías para medir los efectos sobre las utilidades de las empresas, los consumidores y los cambio laborales; en la tercera se muestra los resultados empíricos; y en la cuarta y última sección se sintetiza los principales hallazgos.
