Abstract

This chapter describes ethical concerns in some applications of disruptive digital technologies applied in our organizations. Specifically when these technologies are applied to human resources management or when they directly impact the wellbeing of humans collaborating in them. This chapter expands on the human rights approach to regulation of this collective challenge, and frames a form of digital governance that aligns with ethical and universal values and at the same time aligns with organizational goals.
