Abstract

E-BRO APS is a small entrepreneurial company that developed JobIntra, a digital solution that was first applied by Jobcenter Brøndby in Denmark in the context of the flexi-job scheme, an initiative within the Danish government unemployment policy for disabled people. JobIntra’s aim is first to increase the number of flexi- jobs available to potential candidates and then to substantially reduce the time it takes job-seeking candidates to find a permanent flexi-job. This case thus examines a start-up that has developed a digital technology platform to support social innovation and that, therefore, can be defined as digital social entrepreneurship venture
