Abstract

This chapter discusses the topic of international cyber security within the context of the OECD’s primary goals and activities. These include the promotion of economic growth, democratic values, and the provision of statistics to aid development and reduce global inequalities. By critically examining the academic debates and empirical work in cyber security, this chapter can help policy makers understand the issues and potential solutions towards a more secure international cyberspace.
