Narrative 3: If my childhood can have CRPD's company

Abstract

When I was young, I encountered a great deal of trouble in learning. The students constantly bullied and laughed at me, and when I suffered from campus bullying, the teacher’s inaction also left me helpless and with a cold heart. As an adult, my life changed when I came into contact with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Maybe if more people know about the CRPD, they will try to understand that each of us is different, we all have some individual needs that need to be respected, and we should not suffer prejudice and discrimination from society because of these differences. At that time, other people will not suffer as hard as I did when I was a child. They will be able to move forward more confidently and have the courage to live their own unique life.
