Abstract

The recommendations aim to advance corporate and financial social responsibility as a prerequisite of sustainable financial success. The findings of public servant expert interviews on CSR outline the importance of the global governance of corporate social conduct. Based on stakeholder consensus, governments must craft CSR frameworks that are backed by institutional support. Corporations must assign educated leaders to adopt social responsibility policies in business plans. Accountability and transparency are prerequisites for the advancement of CSR.
