In the second part the author discusses the investment funds: UNCITS, AIFMD and others, looking at the European Directives. Last the author discusses passporting. The author concludes that a common, trans-sectorial standard for investor protection is beginning to emerge which may be the basis for future developments and integration of EU legislation.
