Origen de la actividad cultural del Banco. Inicio de las colecciones. Origen de las bibliotecas del Banco. La Colección de Artes Plásticas del Banco. La economía de la cultura en el Banco. Los estudios de uso e impacto de la actividad cultural. Calidad de las colecciones... Son los títulos de los temas que se pueden leer y conocer en este capítulo. Las conclusiones que también hacen parte del documento hablan de la creación del patrimonio cultural que ha creado el Banco. La evaluación de la actividad cultural es positiva y sigue creciendo con presupuestos equivalentes al 8%-9% de gasto más inversión del Banco.
