Abstract

Este capítulo se expone el tema de los establecimientos bancarios en la categoría de entidades privadas con los intereses generales del país como parte que son del organismo económico, a que reglamentación y vigilancia están sometidos. El carácter cuasi púbico del Banco de la República, sus relaciones con el gobierno aun cuando goza de independencia. Se trata el monto del capital autorizado inicialmente, las acciones que pago el gobierno y demás temas al respecto.
