Abstract

En la introducción al capítulo se habla de la modificación de las paridades, la soberanía nacional en el manejo cambiario, el concepto de “desequilibrio fundamental”, la extemporaneidad del Estatuto Cambiario, reformas al sistema monetario internacional en la década de los setenta, el manejo de la tasa de cambio y la flexibilidad del Estatuto Cambiario.
