Abstract

Este capítulo cuenta con cinco secciones La primera su introducción la cual explica la rápida expansión del Covid-19 y las medidas de contención y distanciamiento social adoptadas con gran impacto sin precedentes en los mercados laborales, trayendo consigo un aumento generalizado en las tasas de desempleo y rupturas de las cadenas de producción. En la segunda, se describen los datos de las encuestas utilizadas; en la tercera parte, el proceso de estimación de los modelos de demanda; en la cuarta, mostramos los resultados de la estimación y algunas comparaciones estadísticas con la Gran Encuesta Integrada de Hogares luego del choque inicial de la pandemia; en la quinta sección, se presenta un análisis de la evolución durante 2020; y en la última, unas reflexiones finales.
