Abstract

En este capítulo se utilizan los datos de la encuesta R4V generados por el Grupo Inter agencial sobre Flujos Migratorios Mixtos (gifmm), que aborda las condiciones de vida de los refugiados y migrantes provenientes de Venezuela en el contexto del Covid-19. Mediante un análisis descriptivo y la estimación de un modelo logit ordenado, el objetivo es estimar los determinantes del riesgo de inseguridad alimentaria que enfrenta esta población migrante, dada la política de confinamiento establecida por el gobierno. El resto de este texto se compone de las siguientes secciones: la segunda presenta la revisión de literatura; la tercera, la metodología y datos usados para el estudio; la cuarta, los resultados; y, en la última, las conclusiones.
