Abstract

Habla sobre la formación de una junta directiva de codirectores para el Banco de la Republica que serían la máxima autoridad monetaria, cambiaria y crediticia en él. Relata dificultades al inicio por un conjunto de reformas estructurales que trajo muchos cambios y genero algunos problemas muy agudos para la política monetaria y cambiaria; a lo cual se fue nutriendo con lo que iban aportando los miembros de esta junta.
