Abstract

Presenta un análisis descriptivo de las BNA en Colombia, describiendo la estrategia general para estimar su equivalente arancelario y los indicadores de protección total; posteriormente explica las estimaciones de su efecto sobre las importaciones, y discute en detalle la metodología y los resultados de las estimaciones del equivalente no arancelario de las BNA, índices de protección total y restricción del comercio.
