Abstract

Analiza la situación de la seguridad y protección social, enfocándose en el cuidado y la garantía del derecho a protección social a la vejez desde el principio del goce efectivo del derecho para todas las personas, y presenta una propuesta para una eventual reforma al sistema de seguridad social, incluyendo una serie de recomendaciones de lineamientos y se basa en un modelo de renta básica universal o ingreso mínimo para la vejez.
