Abstract

Habla sobre el sistema de protección de la vejez en Colombia, y la reforma que requiere, pues posee múltiples déficits como por ejemplo que su cobertura es muy baja, y que se come casi un tercio de los ingresos tributarios del gobierno. También abarca la problemática de la informalidad laboral debido al envejecimiento de la población.
