Abstract

Presenta un diagnóstico del sistema pensional colombiano, hablando principalmente de como el SGP creado por la Ley 100 no ha conseguido cumplir la función de protección económica a la vejez en Colombia, mencionando las grandes dificultades del SGP: baja cobertura, alta inequidad, inanidad de los mecanismos de solidaridad, y alto costo fiscal.
