Abstract

Presenta un análisis de los desafíos que enfrentan los sistemas pensionales de Latinoamérica, considerando sus objetivos dentro de un marco normativo de protección social, las variables de afiliación, cobertura y suficiencia, teniendo cuenta los determinantes socioeconómicos de mercado laboral y de arquitectura de la región, y finalmente tratando experiencias de reformas emprendidas en las últimas décadas, pretendiendo extraer datos para la reforma en Colombia.
