Chile necesita una nueva reforma previsional

Abstract

Partiendo de la idea de qué Chile requiere un nuevo pacto social por la previsión, en el que se restauren las relaciones sociales con los principios de la seguridad social, el documento presenta una propuesta de construir un sistema multipilar, tripartito y solidario que permita revisar las relaciones de los actores con el sistema, y mejorar el acceso a pensiones dignas para todos.
