XXVII Prólogo a la versión en español

Abstract

El prólogo trata sobre una descripción que hace Thomas Fischer a las anotaciones autobiográficas de Hans Sitarz desde orígenes vienes y con formación profesional como comerciante en Stettin. Era empleado y gerente en bancos y en casas de importación y exportación. Las ciudades donde ejerció su profesión fueron Stettin, Hamburgo, Bogotá, Medellín, Barranquilla, Nueva York y Managua. Sitarz había compartido los recuerdos de su vida con los miembros de su familia y sus amigos completando sus memorias autobiográficas con su máquina de escribir y finalmente concluye con agradecimientos por la edición en español de estas notas y a lo cual se logró gracias al Banco de la República y al gran esfuerzo de varias personas.
