Abstract

Este capítulo se trata sobre el sistema tributario establecido por los Soberanos de España en sus dominios de Indias, la Real Hacienda en el Nuevo Reino de Granada y lo que tenía como ingresos ordinarios el producto de las contribuciones e impuestos decretados por ellos en distintas épocas, y las rentas derivadas de los bienes reservados a la Corona en virtud del dominio eminente que adquirió por el descubrimiento y la conquista de estas vastas provincias americanas.
