Abstract

Pretende plasmar las deficiencias que enfrentan las diferentes regiones del país en cuanto a bienes y servicios públicos, asistencia técnica y acceso preferencial, con el fin de remover los fallos del mercado y así crear condiciones adecuadas para la agricultura moderna. Con el fin de facilitar el análisis se clasificaron los bienes, debido a que su importancia en el desempeño agrícola es diferente.
