Abstract

Tomando como foco de atención el programa Agro Ingreso Seguro y su sucesor Desarrollo Rural con Equidad (DRE), se busca entender esa distribución diferencial y evaluar los cambios que hubo respecto a los dos programas, pues el crédito es fundamental en el desarrollo agrario y acceder a él está en la raíz de otras políticas.
