Abstract

Presenta un diagnostico cualitativo sobre la cadena de suministro de fertilizantes en Colombia, preguntándose sobre los aspectos relevantes para la formulación de una política que permita atender las necesidades de comunidades afectadas debido a las fluctuaciones en los costos de la producción agrícola, pretendiendo así establecer qué tipo de estructuras fuera del control de la regulación han sido establecido y han logrado el establecimiento de un mercado pequeño.
