Abstract

Presenta un panorama del café en la agricultura colombiana y su evolución en los últimos años, analizando las principales características actuales del mercado mundial del café y su consumo interno, también estudia los costos y competitividad, para finalmente describir su entorno social, hablar de la institucionalidad cafetera y presentar las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones.
