El café colombiano y su exportación

Abstract

Presenta la historia de los cultivos de café en Colombia, desde la época de la conquista hasta 1834 cuando fueron las primeras exportaciones estimables; para continuar haciendo una descripción detalla sobre la botánica del café, presentando sus propiedades físicas y los instrumentos utilizados para medir su densidad, también menciona los efectos del café sobre la economía y a niveles físicos en las personas teniendo cuenta sus diferentes preparaciones. También presenta una recolección de datos sobre las exportaciones de café entre 1835 a 1926, pues pretende exponer la importancia de esto hablando con cifras anuales y sus respectivos valores.
