Abstract

Presenta información sobre los servicios de correo internacionales y nacionales de la Republica de Colombia, abordando temas sobre sus oficinas, tarifas, y servicios generales, continuando con datos sobre los telégrafos, su utilidad y lugares de uso, contando también sobre el comienzo del uso de los teléfonos como método de comunicación telefónica nacional; por otro lado, recopila información sobre los servicios inalámbricos de la época. Aborda el tema de la educación en el país, tanto pública como privada y sus tipos de enseñanzas e instalaciones, y finalmente brinda información sobre el servicio sanitario existente en Colombia.
