Abstract

Presenta las características generales de la prensa colombiana, afirmando que se encuentra a un nivel elevado pues es independiente y consistente, también describe la manera en que la percibe la población, mencionando las normas, derechos y deberes que tiene según la constitución; para luego centrarse en exponer los datos recolectados sobre la hemeroteca nacional separando la información por departamentos, en ellos se muestran las publicaciones relacionadas, de que índole son, su modo de publicación y el municipio donde se publicó.
