Abstract

Detalle de las rentas y gastos del país, el comercio exterior entre 1887 y 1889, las salinas, el papel sellado, el impuesto de timbre, las hectáreas existentes de tierras baldías, el problema presentado por la empresa proveedora del hielo por el poco consumo de este producto debido a la suspensión de la construcción del Canal de Panamá. Incluye una descripción del objeto y el responsable de cada uno de los contratos firmados durante 1889 y 1990, en general un informe de la hacienda pública en Colombia para el año 1890.
