Abstract

Presenta las rentas y los gastos de los negocios del estado, el desarrollo del comercio exterior, el avance de los ferrocarriles, la situación de la deuda pública y la deuda externa, los listados del pago a los pensionados y en general el manejo de la hacienda pública en Colombia en 1885. Incluye la legislación sobre aduanas creada en 1884.
