Abstract

Informe detallado del manejo de la hacienda pública con las rentas y gastos, legislación sobre orden público para controlar los rebeldes del país, probabilidad de ejecutar un proyecto para la construcción de un canal interoceánico en el Istmo del Darién con la cual se arreglaría la situación fiscal del país. Explicación sobre la guerra civil a la cual han llevado los partidos políticos y cuyos gastos los asume la nación. Descripción de las obras públicas que incluye el estado de la construcción de carreteras y ferrocarriles en Colombia para 1877.
