Abstract

Informe optimista de la situación fiscal del país, descripción del estado de los contratos para la construcción de ferrocarriles, el manejo de las tierras baldías, el comercio de sal, el manejo de las aduanas, la importancia de fomentar la cría del gusano de seda, y el manejo general de la hacienda pública para 1875.
