Abstract

Hace un recuento de las negociaciones con los acreedores extranjeros para canjear deuda externa con las salinas de Zipaquirá. Análisis detallado de las rentas producidas y los gastos de la hacienda pública, describe la nueva maquinaria que hay para producir mayor cantidad de sal, enuncia los inconvenientes del Ferrocarril de Panamá, y en general el manejo de la hacienda pública durante el período 1871-1872.
