Abstract

Se hace un análisis de las empresas públicas que dan renta al país, describiendo las salinas que existen, los costos del correo, los impuestos y costos del papel sellado, el comercio exterior, las aduanas, los gastos públicos y las aduanas en un informe de 1856.
