Abstract

Informe presentado al Congreso donde se exponen las diferentes actividades que influyeron en el gasto público, el desarrollo económico, los impuestos en general y específicamente sobre la agricultura lo cual no permite el desarrollo rural, sumándose esto a los problemas económicos de Colombia en 1826.
