Abstract

Descripción de las causas de la crisis económica de Cartagena en 1882, luego se analiza la forma en que se puede remediar el problema económico. También se hace un análisis del precio de cambio en Cartagena en 1883, se recomienda trabajar fuerte en la producción de oro, describe el papel moneda, los billetes circulantes y los depósitos monetarios en los bancos existentes, por último los costos de la plata y el oro en 1886.||*Publicación original: Imprenta de LA LUZ, Bogotá, 1886
