Abstract

Informe de la situación de los diferentes negocios del estado en Colombia, el desarrollo de las rentas, el crédito, las aduanas, el comercio exterior, los correos, la deuda pública, los precios, los contratos de salinas, el costo del oro y la plata, los gastos públicos, hace una explicación del contenido e importancia de la expedición del Código de Aduanas y de la importancia de mantener la paz. En general la hacienda pública hasta 1857.
