Abstract

Informe sobre la grave situación económica de Colombia por el alto costo de los productos necesarios para la subsistencia, el comercio, la escasez de alimentos, de materiales para la navegación, los abusos de los ingleses y hace una comparación de la situación del comercio exterior en el mundo hasta 1805.
