Abstract

En este capítulo el autor hace referencia a la privatización y la reprivatización, término de origen muy distinto al primero, aunque ambos tengan objetivos similares y en la medida en que su origen es diferente, los procedimientos y trámites que implican también lo son. Explica el banco de trabajadores a lo cual hace referencia que el proceso de reprivatización de la banca se inició formalmente con el primer intento (no exitoso) de venta del banco de los trabajadores, a principios del tercer trimestre de 1990, aunque en las primeras etapas precalificaron siete de los catorce potenciales compradores, finalmente, ninguno de ellos presentó oferta económica.
