Abstract

En este capítulo explica el autor sobre algunas experiencias que ha tenido en los procesos de privatización de algunas empresas colombianas, a partir de las cuales argumenta una serie de inquietudes las cuales las comparte, explica y considera que se debe evitar que el tema de la privatización se convierta en un tema político y más adelante expone que es necesario que su discusión adquiera el mismo cariz de la apertura o de infinidad de otros proyectos cuya función primordial es mejorar el nivel de vida del colombiano y de la sociedad como un todo.
