Abstract

En este capítulo se explica sobre la bolsa de valores en la privatización, empezando con la justificación macroeconómica de la privatización donde expone el promover la privatización puesto que tanto la experiencia internacional como la nacional enseñan que el peso excesivo adquirido por el aparato económico del estado, al abrigo de las doctrinas keynesianas de intervencionismo, terminó afectando de manera negativa la eficiencia del aparato productivo y pesando adversamente sobre la dinámica global del crecimiento, también trata sobre las virtudes intrínsecas de la privatización que fue cuando se emprendieron los procesos de privatización, adicional se abordan las ventajas ofrecidas por el uso de mecanismos particulares de privatización dividida en dos casos: el caso chileno y el caso francés y concluye con los argumentos sobre la privatización en Colombia.
