Abstract

En este capítulo se explica con una serie de comentarios sobre la privatización que expone y se concentra en las experiencias del instituto de fomento industrial (ifi) en este campo. En la primera parte me referiré a la naturaleza del instituto como ente que participa con capital de riesgo, y a su programa de desinversión. en la segunda parte menciona algunos objetivos de los programas de privatización y plantea interrogantes acerca de si obedecen a criterios claros y cuál podría ser la opción de la política del gobierno al respecto.
