Abstract

Este capítulo tiene por objeto presentar las principales tesis que se expusieron en el país respecto al ejercicio de la emisión, entre 1904 y 1923 y la influencia ejercida por ellas directa o indirectamente en las leyes que finalmente autorizaron la creación del Banco de la República y que por lo tanto constituyen sus antecedentes.
