Abstract

Este capítulo establece la estatalización del banco de la Republica, lo que significa que pasa a ser controlado y supervisado por el estado; sus diferentes propuestas para esta estatalización y los intentos fallidos para trasformar al banco de la Republica en un órgano de la rama ejecutiva del poder público.
