Abstract

El siguiente capítulo del libro se constituye en un esfuerzo conjunto de KAS e INESAD; que encuentran sinergias y colaboración en la necesidad de promover un debate público -constructivo y basado en conocimiento- sobre temas clave de economía y desarrollo; fundamentales para generar sociedades informadas, responsables y libres. Las secciones que componen el libro cuentan con información para cubrir un periodo de al menos 18 años, y han sido desarrolladas a luz de los componentes de corto plazo sobre los ciclos económicos experimentados en el país y los factores de largo plazo o estructurales. Las opiniones, errores u omisiones expresadas en las investigaciones contenidas en el libro son de entera responsabilidad de los autores y no necesariamente reflejan la posición de KAS o INESAD.
