Abstract

? Al-Salam Contract is permissible by the Quran, Sunnah and consensus, so the scholars agreed on his Judgment, while they differed in its details, which is a human effort in understanding the text, and therefore this difference accept revision. ? There are many opinions of jurists on many issues of Al-Salam Contract, and this multiplicity led to the need to review these views to find out what they are. ? This research aims to identify the most important of these issues mentioned, and deal with the evidence of the authors, and review in order to reach the most correct opinion, and then easy to deal with any new applications.
