A New Perspective in Islamic Economics Principles and Practices رؤية تجديدية في أصول الاقتصاد الإسلامي وتطبيقاته

This paper addresses the topic of innovation in Islamic economics. It expresses a visionary perspective of the sense of renewal, its concept, necessity, controls and limits in general, and in terms of the origins of Islamic economy and its applications in particular; stemming from the fact that the renewal is a legitimate and realistic requirement for all Islamic knowledge and human activities; where financial and economic transactions portray an integral part. The paper included defining the legitimate concept of renewal so as not to be confused with other meanings and or distorted concepts, and indicated that potential renewal we generally seek is not a shift or distortion, cancellation or disruption, or fabrication in religion - unless authorized by Allah the almighty-; however it is a revival , correction and creative elucidation, within the framework of Islamic religion and its established laws, considering the available and required potential of each era and its scientific and practical givens. The paper began by showing the meaning of renewal, its borders, controls and field, and then talked about the fundamentals of Islamic economics and its applications, reported models and examples of them, and then exposed to the nature of the visionary innovation in the field of fundamentals of Islamic economics, followed by models of revisionist renewal in in the modern era, as well as models of legitimate renewal. The paper concluded by stressing that the true renewal in the field of Islamic economics and its applications lies in the diligent and informed efforts to find appropriate solutions to the problems of economic and financial crises based on the principles of Islam, its origins, texts and purposes, and on the basis of its own mechanisms and outstanding performance in the understanding, interpretation, deduction, creativity and innovation, rather than adapting the concepts and principles of the religion, its texts and provisions according to fraudulent acrobatic approaches , depending on the wishes and whims and interests of individual and factional interests. تعالج هذه الورقة موضوع التجديد في الاقتصاد الإسلامي، وهي تعبر عن رؤية ووجهة نظر خاصة في معنى التجديد ومفهومه وضرورته وضوابطه وحدوده العامة أولا، وفي مجال أصول الاقتصاد الإسلامي وتطبيقاته بخاصة، من حيث إن التجديد مطلب إسلامي شرعي وواقعي في جميع المعارف والمناشط الإنسانية، وفي مجال العلوم الإسلامية، والمعاملات المالية والاقتصادية جزء مهم منها! وقد تضمنت الورقة تحديد مفهوم التجديد الشرعي حتى لا يختلط بالمعاني الأخرى أو بالمفاهيم التحريفية، وبينت الورقة أن التجديد الذي نريده ونسعى إليه بشكل عام ليس تبديلا أو تحريفا أو إلغاء أو تعطيلا، أو ابتداعا في الدين مالم يأذن به الله، وإنما هو إحياء وتصحيح وتجلية وتفعيل وابتكار، في إطار هذا الدين وشرائعه القطعية الثابتة ومقاصده الكلية العامة، بما توفره وتقتضيه إمكانات كل عصر ومعطياته العلمية والعملية. وقد بدأت الورقة ببيان معنى التجديد وحدوده وضوابطه ومجالاته، ثم تكلمت عن المراد بأصول الاقتصاد الإسلامي وتطبيقاته وأوردت نماذج وأمثلة منها، ثم تعرضت لطبيعة الرؤية التجديدية في مجال أصول الاقتصاد الإسلامي ومعالمها الأساسية، وقدمت بعد ذلك نماذج من التجديد التحريفي في هذا المجال في العصر الحديث، ونماذج من التجديد الشرعي السليم والمطلوب، لتنتهي بالتأكيد على أن التجديد الحقيقي في مجال الاقتصاد الإسلامي وتطبيقاته يكمن في العمل البصير الدؤوب لإيجاد الحلول المناسبة للمشكلات الاقتصادية والأزمات المالية انطلاقا من مبادئ الإسلام وأصوله ونصوصه ومقاصده، وبناء على آلياته الخاصة ومنهجه المتميز في الفهم والتفسير والاستنباط والاجتهاد والإبداع والابتكار، وليس بتطويع مفاهيم الدين ومبادئه ونصوصه وأحكامه القطعية، بالتوسل بحيل صورية شكلية أو بمنهج تدليسي بهلواني، تبعاً للرغبات والأهواء والمصالح الفردية والفئوية الضيقة.
